hello,

i purchased hide n seek biscute pack for ₹30 of parle brand. on pack it is given ,scan qr code n get back ₹15 back. when i entered code which is given inside pack. it shows this code is used. i checked my account details but no credit is done.

i m disappointed by this type of service given by paytm.

Even no customer support at all.

  1. I have raised return request on 22nd oct 2017 for refrigerator damage one received and till now not resolve the issue when ever ask the resolution not responding.
