Hi,

I am a regular customer of paytm. I ordered a Kent grand+ water purifier on 8th October and I suppose to get the delivery by 14th. But it’s 16th and didn’t get my product yet. Not even it informed to me. On 14th when I asked for this in help option, attached message replied to me just for formality. After that I did not get any reply of my query. It is actually very disappointing. Hopefully this is my last purchase in paytm.

Pls confirm when I will get delivery of kent water purifier asap. And I expect I need not to take further action.
