I have not received  my Cashback that i was supposed to get on send money option within 30 minutes

  1. I have been charged wrong for last 3 months they have put data charges in my bill , since I am busy and my bills are on auto pay I came to know later when I was surprised , secondly there is a network issue in my office area which is not getting resolved despite several request.

    Please advice.
