Text of Complaint by Razia Thakur:

I ordered an iPad 2017 model …. At the time of purchase there was a promo code TAB18 which was showing 18%cashack…. I ordered and did payment… it was written that the cash back will be credited once the order is dispatched….. when the order got dispatched I didn’t receive any cash back…. and then when I checked the  app it was not showing any cash back to be credited to my account…. after that I put a query to Paytm about this… I got the reply that the amount will be credited to my paytm account in next 3 days…. now it’s more than a week and I have sent several messages /queries to paytm…. and no response….

it seems like paytm is cheating customers by showing something else on app and not applying it afterwards….. the response from paytm is required otherwise I am going to file a complaint of this in consumer court…..
