Dear team
I have been cheated by paytm on 24th September 2017 of rupees 2000/-and there is no any support by customer executive they refused to return my amount upfrontly.
This is the worst case I have face by such reputed company.
I was doing electricity bill payment on that time pop-up came on my screen and without selecting they charge me extra 2000/-
And later on when I was enquired with the customer care they told me that you bought big Bazzaar coupen which I never purchased.
And now they refused to refund the amount.
I talk to two executive Mr.Abhishek and his senior Mr.kuldeep both of giving me same answer we can do nothing in this matter.they also advise me to talk big Bazzaar customer care for refund the amount but when I called there they also refused and didn’t give me proper answer they said only paytm responseble for this.
Sir if am not wrong then why I have paid 2000/
