Text of Complaint by Mohd Kouser Ali:

I had place an order for Moto G Turbo Phone from Snapdeal & received an defective one for which i requested for replacement,so they came took the product from me,but after that there was no replacement  done in 30days, then they have send me mails regarding that they would not replace or refund my money back
