HDFC ERGO GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED insured my vehicle and now at the time of settlement after 6 months they are calling me saying i should negotiate on the amount as they will not pay the whole amount.Why am i supposed to negotiate as it was them only who insured my vehicle.
Now after 6 months they are harassing  sayin either i should negotiate or it will take another couple of months for their procedure though it takes only 6 months for any other insurance company to settle this and its already been 6 months sice i have registered.
