Hello, I am Ankur Maloo Age 31 working in an IT company in Pune. I book a flat in Marvel Fria phase 2 Wagholi pune in July 2016 and registered agreement for the possession date in June 2018. Marvel realtor told me that there will be multiple entries to the society however the private road of kamal baug is not allowing society vehicles for Marvel Fria. I have asked so many times about this to Marvel but there is no response. I have invested all my savings into this project and now the entry to society is restricted from main road. If I have to get a back side society then there are many options but I choose this for security purpose and for better returns.
