I have ordered a brand new Moto G5 Plus mobile on Flipkart on 8th October 2017 @ Rs. 12999/-. I received my order on 10th October 2017, nicely wrapped box in cellophane, looking as good as new so I accepted the order without hassle, trusting blindly, as Flipkart is very old and famous brand. But when opened the box I found that there was no plastic protector on screen which normally every new phone has with the brand name and logo.
With a doubt receiving an used device I switched on the phone and was shocked to see that It was an used phone as there were few SMS laying in the phone which were 6 months old i.e. of April 2017 and 2 of them were from Flipkart itself which was confirming the delivery of the same device to the previous user in April 2017. Also there were some last dialled nos. in the phone history probably dialled by its previous user. I immediately raised the return on Flipkart website but the very next day I got the message from Flipkart customer support that the seller has denied the give refund of my order..
Kindly help me to file a consumer complaint against Flipkart..
