Sir I ordered for 39inch VU LED TV from flipcart.com on 20sep17 at price 17499 during big billian day sale with order I’d OD110270216163162000
And the item box was delivered on 24sep17 and I received wooden ply inside the box sent from flipcart.I raised the complain with flipkart customer care with return I’d 11101031242094423146
on the same day in this regard they told that complain will be resolved in next 72 hour on or before 27sep17 again they mailed me to take more time upto 06oct 17.In between flipkart’s survey team took photos and their engineer also but lastly on 05oct 17 they mailed me with replacement request rejected.Now I have no option to do any thing other than approaching consumer forum or bearing this loss kindly check the matter and resolve my problem and take some action to correct flipcart in such type of fraud with customers.
