The Ekart delivery executives refuse to deliver doorstep everytime. They ask us to come down and collect our package. Hi Order 2 shirts from their website and when I got the parcel and opened it up I got 2 cheap type black t shirt .When I mail them on their mail id there is no response. This company is fraud and making fools to customers .Government should take strict action against this and shut down that company.
