Namishree Infrastructures and projects LTD office at Rajbhavan road cheated residents of Nakshatra colony situated at Balapur,Hyderabad
Nakshatra is colony of 151 houses at Balapur(Badangipet muncipality servey number s and Kothapet village(jillelaguda muncipality)survey numbers ) combineddly registered houses and the builder earned over 90 crores because of the venture.
The builder after selling all the houses not yet transferred the common amenitities on society name
The builder not paid common fund deposits yet to the society
Builder not got Regularisation certificate from the HMDA but made each house owner to pay for the regularisation
Builder promised water purifier for the society but now its not there
Builder promised of pump motor bu tnot delivered
Builder promised roads but water logging repair is not done
Builder promised drainage outlet but not provided
Builder first told only 130 houses but now total 151 houses in colony but infrastructure is not increased accordingly
Builder ensured of gated community but there is still existing dispute of one of the wall
Builder not provided the battery for solar fencing
Builder not provided working gym
If residents ask about the above issues,he is repeatedly rejecting the residents and not ready to pay the compensation for the society
