On 1st Aug 2017, i made a hotel booking and use the medium of paytm to pay for that, my money is deducted and didnt reached to the beneficiary account. Nd my passbook is shown the enery of ‘ONE97communication’of Rs618 after that i made lots of complaint to paytm but they denied me that we didnt get any transaction of ur payment. I contact to my bank they already declared that paytm transaction has done by you so contact to the paytm.. I didnt get any help from paytm. Kindly pls help me out from this.
