I was downloading only a single file of size 647MB.
I have’nt even used 400MB of daily internet data but my daily internet usage touched 1GB within 20minutes between 12am-12:20am. Even your internet speed is a crap. It fluctuates so much. There is no consistency in data speed. Sometimes it goes below 100KBps or gets disconnected completely. How is that possible?
I have talked to customer care too. No satisfactory response.
THIS IS A FRAUD ON PART OF AIRTEL. ITS A CLEAR MISTAKE OF AIRTEL COMPANY BUT YOU DON’T WANT TO ACCEPT IT NOW. I’M JUST ONE CONSUMER. THERE WOULD BE THOUSANDS & LAKHS OF PEOPLE FACING THE SAME FRAUD BUT AS THIS IS LITTLE TIME-CONSUMING TO FILE COMPLAINTS, MAY BE CONSUMERS ARE WAITING FOR NEXT DAY TO USE INTERNET DATA. AND YOU ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THIS & LOOTING CUSTOMERS TO MAKE MONEY IN A FRAUDULENT WAYS.
Airtel plan is fraud it coming for 16 days only and they are not responding

Airtel is totally fraud company and showing wrong data usage. I did not watch any video, did not download any file and it was a normal internet surfing. Now till noon the whole data pack is finished. Shocked! While Jio 1.5 GB internet keeps running full day. Telecommunication companies are doing fraud with their customers and no one there to stop them. I know even after this complaint no one take any action against it, as their are already many complaint regarding same.

Airtell is into cheating it’s customers now, I’ve taken the 1.5 GB plan and within 2 hours the whole data runs out. I thought maybe it was because of some apps consuming data, so just to experiment I deleted apps but the result was the same. They probably do this so you buy more plans of higher data from them so they can make more profit. And during this lockdown when we need our phones a lot more they are taking advantage of this situation. Those who have to work from home and use their phones are the ones paying for this dishonesty coming from airtel. It clearly shows companies like airtel can fall so low at times just to earn profits, it’s shameful and disgraceful.
I just did the one day plan now how can I get my Money back?
He Sir did Recharge Rs 98 but also did Rs 49 Recharge after 3 day my internet pack is over and their no date on my hone how ? i want my data back help us
